I am a certified Fertility Awareness Educator with Postgraduate education in Biomedical Science majoring in Reproductive Endocrinology and Nutrition Science. I love to bring women evidence-based information pertaining to hormone health at any stage of life. I adopted a plant-based lifestyle to help me recover from a severe hormonal imbalance caused by my contraception and became passionate about being creative in the kitchen with foods that helped to nourish my depleted hormones.
