Vegan Parmesan Cheese
This is the typical Parmesan cheese that all vegans will use. You can use raw cashews or almonds. I have tried both and definitely prefer the cashews. I don’t think it tastes exactly the same but it compliments well with pasta or anything Italian. Its also just delicious on its own.

Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashew
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp sea salt
Method
- add all ingredients to food processor and process until fine.
- Store in an airtight container or jar.
- Will last in the fridge for months
