Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

- 1 banana
- 1 TBSP cacao powder
- 1 TBSP chia seeds
- 1 heaped TBSP peanut butter
- 1 TBSP rolled oats
- 1 pitted medjool date
- about 1 cup non dairy milk
- Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- The recipe makes enough smoothie for one. I often double everything to get another serving for my husband as well.
