Begin by peeling your bananas and slicing them into smaller pieces
Freeze the banana’s overnight (will last in the freezer a long time)
When your ready to make your ice – cream, combine your frozen bananas, dragonfruit flesh and maple syrup in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy
Eat straight away or store in a container in the freezer and enjoy later
