Kiwi and Pineapple Popsicles

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
  • 4 kiwi fruits
  • half pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 tsp raw honey or liquid sweetener of choice
  • 4-6 kiwi fruit slices
Method
  1. Place all ingredients except kiwi slices into blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Place one kiwi slice on the side of each Popsicle mould.
  3. Pour the mixture into the moulds.
  4. Add in Popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 24 hours until set.
  5. Remove from freezer.
  6. Run outside of moulds under warm water to remove frosty coating before removing the popsicles. Enjoy.
